BSc(Hons) Football Industry student Charlie Gresham reflects on his first year of study

Our student Charlie Gresham shares his honest reflections on completing his first year of his studies on our BSc(Hons) Football Industry.

'The mix between on-line studies and my physical and professional development on the grass at the Steven Gerrard Academy has been fantastic. It was not easy finding the balance in the beginning but now I am in the swing of it, I am happy and feeling confident'

The on-line learning and flexible nature of the course allows me to travel abroad for my work whilst I study and I am able to experience different cultures and countries.

The course has afforded me the freedom to develop as a Coach, I am undertaking my badges alongside studying for my degree and I am able to balance both aspects well and develop myself in the best way I can for my future in the Football Industry.

My academic writing has really developed throughout my first year and the topics I am studying make perfect sense to me, I am in a really good place'.
